Living to Be 100: Common Lifestyle Characteristics of Centenarians

Continuing education course for dentists and allied dental personnel. Presented by Saroh M. Bahl, PhD, RD, LD. This lecture will discuss the interrelationships of genes, environmental and psychosocial factors and healthy aging; the vital connection of diet and aging; the relationship of oral health and longevity; and a summary of dietary and lifestyle recommendations for maintenance of health and prevention of disease, as endorsed by major national and international health organizations.
