Raymond G. Koeppen, DDS, MBA, MS

Dr. Koeppen is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Prosthodontics. He joined the faculty in 2005 after 26 years in a variety of clinical, administrative and teaching positions in the United States Air Force Dental Corps. His final assignment was Department Chair and Program Director of the Air Force Prosthodontics Residency, and Special Consultant in Prosthodontics to the Air Force Surgeon General. After joining the faculty at the Dental Branch, Dr. Koeppen completed the Educational Scholars Fellowship Program, a multi-institutional program aimed at improving the teaching skills of medical and dental educators. In 2010, he was recognized with the Dean's Teaching Excellence Award for Scholarship in Teaching. Dr. Koeppen is a board certified prosthodontist with primary interests in the fields of Removable Prosthodontics, Dental Materials and Advances in Teaching and Learning.
