Dr. Ali is an assistant professor in the department of Prosthodontics. Since the completion of his training in maxillofacial prosthodontics in 1994, he has followed a career in academic dentistry and joined the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, Dental Branch in 2006 where he is involved in undergraduate clinical and preclinical teaching and research activities of prosthodontic residents in addition to practicing prosthodontics at UT Dentist facility.
Dr. Ali has taught prosthodontics internationally and has been a faculty at the University of London, Punjab University and BDZ University in Pakistan, and King Saud University, Saudi Arabia. He has published and presented various clinical and research papers at international meetings. He is also engaged in presenting continuing education courses internationally.
